Part 2 with the modular approach (this one’s a “duh, of course” kind of tip):

#22. Use a modular approach to fit in too much information.

Let’s say your client has a sale, concert, seminar, any event with several sponsors and they all have to be mentioned.

OPEN (long): Catchy intro, your one, main message.
BODY 1: BROUGHT TO YOU BY NAME 1, NAME 2, NAME 3.
BODY 2: BY NAME 4, NAME 5, NAME 6.
BODY 3: BY NAME 7, NAME 8, NAME 9.
CLOSE: Repeat of the one main message, add call to action.

Three different commercials to rotate, one main message, every sponsor happy. Use this if the client has several dealers, agents, or locations.

Or, the client has a ton of specific sale items/prices.

OPEN: Your one main message.
BODY 1: SALE ITEM 1, ITEM 2, ITEM 3.
BODY 2: ITEM 4, ITEM 5, ITEM 6.
BODY 3: ITEM 7, ITEM 8, ITEM 9.
CLOSE: Repeat of the one main message/call to action.

Three different commercials to rotate, one main message, all the items, happy client.

We’ll continue modular madness with the next previous tip.
